MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or a GED
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- One (1) to Two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in an Office/Clerical environment is desired.
MINIMUM CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
None.
MINIMUM SKILL SETS
- Basic Computer Skills
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Strong English Skills
- Good attention to detail while working in a fast paced environment
- Capable of working in a multi-task environment with rapidly changing priorities and have very good command of the written English Language
- Demonstrate a professional work ethic.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
- Lifting ability up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to perform physical work to include:
- Pushing/Pulling Carts
- Bending/Standing/Reaching
- Climbing Ladders
- Responsible for assisting Team Leaders and Unit Managers in other clerical functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving case files into the unit
- Sending case files to other units
- File requests
- Microfiche cases
- Label changes
- Keeping case files within the units in date order on shelves ensuring the next date to be processed is accurate
- Filling carts for work distribution for staff keeping in date order
- Pending Mail cases
- Quality check on mail carts from FR to determine current mail status
