Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) is thrilled once again to host its Summer Internship Program for clinical and non-clinical departments!The Internship Program is open to undergraduate and graduate students from across the country. CCA Internships are a valuable way for students to obtain real-world experience, gain exposure to a specific field, build their network for the future, and support our members and communities. This program is a great way for CCA to attract and develop exceptional talent as we continue to grow.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital and eager to contribute to the enhancement of our marketing team's digital strategy through innovative solutions and data-driven insights. The intern will have the opportunity to work with industry standard technologies and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to digital excellence.

DigitalStrategy Enhancement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas fordigital
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance ourdigitalpresence, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Data-Driven Insights:

• Work with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to extract meaningful insights.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing campaigns and properties.

Technology Evaluation and Implementation:

• Research and evaluate emerging marketing technologies (e.g., marketing automation, AI-driven tools).
• Support the implementation of selected tools to enhance marketing operations.

Change Management:

• Assist in managing the transition to newdigitaltools and processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth adoption and alignment with business goals.

DigitalChannel Optimization:

• Contribute to content strategy by identifying opportunities fordigitalcontent optimization.
• Explore innovative channels (chatbots, etc.) to engage our target audiences.

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Assist in collecting and analyzing marketing data using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance marketing performance.

Marketing Automation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to set up and manage marketing automation workflows.
• Help create and optimize marketing campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and personalized content.

Additional Information

• Remote role
• All internships will be paid standard and competitive rates for undergraduate and graduate levels ($23 and $25 per hour respectively). Internships are expected to be full-time through the duration of the program.

Required:

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled or a recent graduate within the last 2 years

OR

• Graduate student currently enrolled or a recent graduate within the last 2 years
• Be able to work with interdisciplinary teams in a collaborative environment.
• Some previous experience working in a commercial / business environment.
