About our group:

As a Senior Analyst within our Global Revenue Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our systems business. Your focus will be on managing hub shipments for key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers and maintaining strong channel OEM relationships with Sales. This role will report directly to the Director of Global Revenue Operations for Systems.

About the role - you will:

Hub Shipments Management: 

  • Review stock level requirements and release shipments to ensure efficient hub operations. 
  • Manage key OEM hubs by raising Stock Transfer Orders (STOs), scheduling shipments, updating shipment files, and tracking delivery. 
  • Act on all requested change orders and SLUs promptly. 

Demand Analysis and Commitment Tracking: 

  • Analyze customer demand and load it into Seagate’s SAP-based planning tool. 
  • Manage customer commits and report status to sales and customer contacts. 
  • Support Channel AM team with commits and analysis. 

Revenue Projections: 

  • Roll up COEM (Channel Original Equipment Manufacturer) revenue projections for the Systems Channel team. 

Collaboration and Advocacy: 

  • Build collaborative relationships across organizational levels, both internally and externally. 
  • Act as a customer advocate when communicating requirements within the business. 
  • Share best practices with partners and peer groups. 
  • Apply mentoring and coaching skills to guide other team members. 

Inventory Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Monitor inventory trends and provide insightful reports. 

About you:

  • Proficiency in SAP or similar planning tools.
  • Ability to understand products & product lifecycles including new product introductions, current products and End of life (EOL).
  • Strong analytical skills for demand analysis and inventory management. Experience in Data analysis utilizing Excel.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven ability to self-manage schedule, think strategically and plan tactically.
  • Familiarity with OEM relationships and supply chain processes.

The estimated base salary range for this position: $78,000 - $115,500. Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which the position is located based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
